Fitment Notes

Before ordering, check your model and the year it was built. This kit fits the 500MA and 500FG units built before 2002. Newer 500FG units need a different bowl kit.

The kit comes with gaskets, so you can reuse your original drain plug.

Application

Gasoline blends have changed a lot over the years, and that can wear down clear plastic bowls. Check your bowl regularly and replace it if it looks damaged. Replace the bowl gasket each time you remove the bowl, and drain water from the bowl as part of routine service.
