Racor 2020V30 30 Micron Fuel Filter Element – Replaces 2020PM-OR & 2020N-30

Racor 2020V30 is a genuine 30-micron replacement fuel filter element for compatible Racor 1000 Series Turbine fuel filter/water separator assemblies. It replaces legacy Racor 2020PM-OR, 2020PMOR, and 2020N-30 filter elements.

The 2020V30 uses Racor Aquabloc® Synergy media to remove particulate contamination and help separate water from diesel fuel before it reaches sensitive fuel-system components.

Confirm that your existing assembly uses the Racor 2020-series, 9.6-inch replacement element before ordering. The 2020V30 is the current 30-micron replacement element for compatible Racor 1000 Series Turbine fuel filter/water separator housings.

Application

The 30-micron rating is commonly used for primary fuel filtration, where it removes larger particulate contamination before fuel reaches a finer downstream secondary filter. If this is the final filter before the engine, verify the required filtration rating with the engine manufacturer before selecting an element.

Replacing fuel filter elements at recommended service intervals helps protect fuel-system components from water and contamination that can cause restricted fuel flow, reduced performance, and premature fuel-system component wear.
