Parker 945518 DFC Replacement Element – 25 Micron Coalescer/Separator for FBO-14 (Racor FBO 60338)
Parker 945518 is a genuine 25-micron coalescer/separator replacement element for Parker diesel fuel filter carts (DFC) and Racor FBO-14 filter housings. It's the same element as Racor part number FBO 60338. It works in two stages: it catches dirt and other particles, and it separates water out of the fuel. That keeps diesel clean when you're moving it from storage tanks into equipment.
It's used on portable fuel filter carts, mobile refuelers, fuel dispensing pumps and cabinets, and bulk fuel transfer systems. You'll find it on farms, construction sites, power generation sites, oil and gas sites, and marine operations.

Fitment Notes
This is a replacement element only. The housing, head, cart, pump and gauges are sold separately. It fits the 14-inch FBO-14 housing only, not the 10-inch FBO-10.
If you're not sure your cart uses the FBO-14 housing, check the label on the housing before ordering.
Application
Changing the element takes one person and no tools. Loosen the four wing bolts on the collar by hand, turn and lower the bowl, and swap the element. Then reverse the steps. Put in the new O-ring each time you change the element to keep a good seal.
If your cart has a delta-P gauge, replace the element when the gauge shows it's getting clogged, or at your regular service interval. A clogged element slows down the flow and makes the pump work harder.
