Fitment Notes

This is a replacement spin-on element only. It does not include the mounting head, bowl, drain, priming pump or mounting hardware.

Before ordering, check the model number on your filter head. The R120T fits Racor 4120R and 6120R assemblies with a 1"-14 mounting thread. You can reuse your existing bowl. Just move it from the old element to the new one, and put in a new bowl seal if the old one is worn.

Application

The 10-micron rating is commonly used for primary or secondary fuel filtration. Choose the micron rating your engine or equipment manufacturer requires, especially if this is the last filter before the engine.

Replace the element when your vacuum gauge reads about 5 in. Hg, or once a year, whichever comes first. Drain water from the bowl as needed.

Other Micron Ratings

Racor elements are color-coded by micron rating:

• R120S: 2 micron (brown), for final filtration

• R120T: 10 micron (blue), for primary or secondary filtration (this item)

• R120P: 30 micron (red), for primary filtration
