Racor FBO 60338 (Parker part number 945518) is a genuine 25-micron coalescer/separator replacement element for the Racor FBO-14 filter housing. It works in two stages: it catches dirt and other particles, and it separates water out of the fuel. Coalescer/separator elements are the most popular choice for FBO housings.

Fitment Notes

This is a replacement element only. The housing, head and gauges are sold separately. It fits the 14-inch FBO-14 only. For the 10-inch FBO-10, use the FBO 60329 (25-micron coalescer/separator).

Application

Changing the element takes one person and no tools. Loosen the four wing bolts on the collar by hand, turn and lower the bowl, and swap the element. Then reverse the steps. A delta-P gauge, which comes on the -DP, -DPL, -25M and -MA models, shows when the element is getting clogged.
