Racor 900FV10 Turbine Diesel Fuel Filter/Water Separator
Racor 900FV10 is a genuine Parker Racor Turbine Series diesel fuel filter/water separator assembly and the replacement for discontinued 900FH2, 900FH10 and 900FH30 models. It also replaces earlier non-heated 900 Series assemblies, including non-heated 900FG configurations.
Rated for fuel flows up to 90 GPH (341 LPH), the redesigned 900FV10 features 10-micron Aquabloc® Synergy filtration, improved water separation and larger fuel ports to reduce restriction. Two inlet ports and two outlet ports provide flexible fuel-line routing to accommodate different installation layouts.
An integrated shut-off/isolation valve allows the assembly to be isolated during servicing, reducing the need for a separate upstream valve. The top-loading, drop-in filter design simplifies element changes, while the clear collection bowl allows visual inspection of accumulated water. An integrated vacuum port provides a connection for monitoring fuel-system restriction.

Supplied filtration: 10 micron. Replacing a 2- or 30-micron assembly with this unit changes the filtration rating unless the appropriate compatible V-Series element is installed.

Connections: The 900FV uses larger ports than the older 900FH. Verify fittings, fuel-line routing, mounting clearance and service access before installation.

Marine installations: Verify the required bowl, heat shielding and installation approvals before replacing an existing marine-rated assembly.
